Membership
Membership in the Association is voluntary. All legal entities and experts are eligible to become members of the Association if they:
- share its goals and means of acheiving;
- fulfill the Statute, decisions and rules adopted by the General Assembly, and respect the voluntary commitments for responsible industry marketing and ethics;
- actively participate in the activities of the Association;
All domestic non-alcoholic beverage manufacturers, official representations of international manufacturers in Bulgaria, supply chain partners, bottled water producers, as well as packiging recovery organizations can become full members of the Association with absolute voting rights.
Associated members may be institutions and organizations involved in educational, scientific and research activities, directly related to the production of non-alcoholic beverages, as well as other supporting the industry partners, incl. professionals with qualification and experience in the soft drinks industry field.
The associated members may participate in the General Assembly only as consultants, but may be elected as a BSDA Board member, as their membership has no financial obligation.
To become a BSDA member just complete a membership application form. The rights and obligations of each member are described in the Association's Statute & Code of Ethics.
